What we store
When you submit the Draft2Ship conversation, we store:
- Your answers to the wizard questions.
- The contact channels you chose to share (WeChat ID, WhatsApp number, email, X handle, or other).
- The echo text we displayed back to you.
- Your IP address, stored in plaintext, alongside your User-Agent string.
- The submission timestamp.
What we do with it
- We read your submissions to decide whether we can be of use to you. If we think so, we may write to you at one of the contact channels you provided.
- We keep data on Cloudflare’s D1 (SQLite on Cloudflare’s edge).
- We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it. Email hello@draft2ship.com to delete your submission; we will do so within 14 days.
Newsletter
If you checked the “Send me the Sunday note” box, we additionally store that flag so we can email you when the newsletter launches. You can opt out at any time by emailing the address above.
Cookies
Draft2Ship does not use tracking cookies. The site uses Cloudflare’s standard anti-abuse cookies and your browser’s localStorage / sessionStorage to preserve your in-progress wizard draft on your own device.
